Name of Vanity banner=The Eye of Paracelsus Top 25 Lb vanity for 2019
Effects=?
Yes it will have x2 effects in eyes and like the zhulongs pet circle effect around the player

Ye ik but paracelsus is the main boss of the halloween that why i put x2effects i think it would be op many of my friends told +1 for that
Top prize could just be a paracelus pet with bad stats and aa (so it doesn't break the game and you can slot what you want onto it)
