I dont mind people getting drops. But it should be equitable. Not favoring one party every time while ignoring the rest.

Actually RNG system exists solely for this purpose. It doesn't favor anybody, everyone has equal chance of getting various items. It picks loots RANDOMLY, which is why it's called RNG (Random Number Generator). And you can improve your odds of getting good loots in events by using luck items which will give you chance of 're-roll' if the loot tables allow it, so that you can have an extra pull for good drops.
