Genate password !! Help

I generated a new password cuz I
Forgot mine and it said a email will be sent
Shortly but I never got it!!
Now I can't log on!!!

Pls help

Check your spam folder and/or make sure you're checking the correct email account.

Im using iPod so all spam folders are all together!!
I had sk set and 150k!! And lv 55

Email support, from the email address for the account you're trying to log in with, and they'll be able to help you.
