    Default battlegrounds

    in any pvp (tdm/ctf/duel) damage and regen health/mana reduced to 45%
    but in battlegrounds its still 100%, bug or? will be nice if all types of pvp will have same rules

    They were acting like level 1 pvp zones. Next update they'll base it on the max allowed level set when requesting the battle.

    i've heard arena in festerfang outpost considered as PVP zone also... damage there different (too high) if compare to normal pvp zones
    and elixirs shouldnt work in that town/arena?

    The way the festerfang pvp was set up is an awful hack, so I'm not adjusting it unless we decide to rework partial zone pvp areas.
