guys can u stop with those OP procs please? or disable it in pvp... zzzz, its not funny to randomly get advantage only because of OP procs, stop ruining pvp! those artifacts give enough good stats, no need that proc in pvp...

It was a fine suggestion. I've tested this in local PvP and feel that it is an appropriate proc... that said if general opinion is that the effect should be nerfed (or eliminated) from PvP I will definitely consider it.
