Bug or what? when using emote

Just noticed it today, but it seems that even without paying platinum there's a way to use locked emotes. If you remember swiping finger across the screen allows one to perform an emote http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...t=emote+button. Here, in my case, I haven't purchase any emote yet I can do firework and lol by swiping. I want to know your take on this.

I can confirm this, just tried it out on my mule account. Expect a patch fixing this soon.
