Dps bear setup help

I really need help setting up my dps bear... I'm a lv 35 and my stats right now are: STR: 178 I have all Legendary items equipped except my ring. I would like
DEX: 25 suggestions that everyone has to increase my dps but not be a
INT: 5 dex bear. I would also prefer to keep my shield on because I
Hit %: 82 think the two handed weapons are to slow... So PLEASE help
Crit: 9 me!!
Dodge: 12

Regen: 13 how to :P
Mana: 402
Regen: 0
Damage:
97-113
Dps: 105
Armor: 60

Maybe dumdum guestion but i have 35lvl pure dex bear and i like to know how i use skill points??
I think to stay lvl35 or is there better lvl for twinking?
