I am sure you are aware of the current situation of the world with COVID-19. I know many people will have more time to play AL now that they got no school, work or other commitment.
I am coming back and I know many will too.
Please add some incentives for more players to come back at this time and play. More players means more money, better pvp and more activity in the game so the game will be great again. This could be huge for AL and you at this struggling time.
Consider adding things like
1. 2x XP for levels for the new players.
2. Some gold like 500g and 1 plat lol
3. Some legendary gears for the current level
4. Level Boosters at a discounted price
5. Make farmable items since you don't do it with locked like arcane shards, fossils, balanced bar, dragon bar, a
These are just examples. You do what you think would be beneficial.

A thorough short video tutorial(s) on how to use the quest log for daily xp rewards, and crafting menu found in players’ menu would be extremely beneficial.
(While there is many great guides on the forum some players don’t take time to come to the forum to read guides)
You posted some suggestions:

- Shards - chance drop from gold orc chest
- Fossils- chance drop from planar arena chests
- Dragon bars can be obtained thru buying and or farming teeth
- Balance scales- found at maus bosses or coffers .
- Balance bars-purchased with using farmable tokens at npc in chancel.
- Teeth, maus point, and other goodies found in red arlor egg
In late 2019 the devs have made beneficial changes that has given players many ways to play in PvE. Never in the games history has there been so many things to do at once.
