Garnet Skirmishers appearance changed lol, ig is a bug

I don't see anything that's changed about it - what are you seeing?

Most things turned into some type of...a greeny blue color, rats from street and Subway and rats from vermin swarm plus Garnet Skirmishers are this color already.

Sounds like this could be an issue with memory on your device.
I would advise un-installing and then re-installing Dark Legends to see if this is the case. Thanks!

Sounds like data corruption of some sort - either reinstalling or clearing data + cache for the app should fix it.
