Vials got 0 Droprate for shure!!!

Hello I play this game many years and stay hours in arena to farm vial from arena chest. For some years fossil whas very expensive and rare. But now you go and change the droprate of vial and fossil but fossil can drop in other chest 2. I think there is a technical issue you say rare thinks are rare and closed a thread. But this is a problem for some years now Vial is not in Chest anymore you can say me what you whant is not there I open thousands of crates only what drops is fossil and fossil is arcane. I think you took them out of chest the question is why? U can deoprate ok but take it away from chest is not correct. I hope you look at this because when you say is in crate then it should drop or is a bug!!!
