we are stuck in 100 honors because everyone has fun playing it since it shows the most in teamplay/ffa as well as 2v2s. i also find 1v1s enjoyable dominating bears with my mage

Yes I am , but that's still not my problem , the problem is that it's just removed the only balanced pvp in the game for what reason :/

100 and 105 honor are affected for sure. Someone should test 15 and 30 and report. Traj and I tested it, but we can't really tell if it was changed too. The damage in mythic is still normal, so it's not a dmg nerf to the global 110 level. Only Honor sets.
Not arena specific either. Tested in Honor 3v3 DM and Forest Fight.

@Cinco. After testing this in L.40 honor i can honestly say this feels much better. If you could increase the hit for all classes, crit and damage on bird stats, and HP/MP regen for each classes set it would actually be great. Actually took a break from this game but a fix to 40 honor has my interests.
