If the videos are present it's fine to use them.

If you don't have videos/offers, there are a few reasons:
* web version does not have offer providers
* new accounts are ineligible for a while
* device incompatible in some way (seen a couple like this, but don't know the reason) - if they're present for the same account on a different device it's this
* no offers/videos being targeted to your region / device type / etc
* ineligible due to recent bad behavior / association with other badly behaved accounts
