Does haste set stack with speed awakes?

Will haste set, speed awakes and heroic harry all stack?

If I have Gold Loot awakes equipped and I Use timur AA does it stack? Or will I only get the Gold loot from timur AA alone?

There's nothing wrong with it, devs confirmed multiple times. Some people are just superstitious about Timur AA

Yes, haste reduces skill cd which was added later in the game. But the speed gears also has haste in their name and thus called haste set
