Add 200% base movement speed (that we are all used to) to the honor set

I don't think that's necessary
it really makes you need to regroup before clashing and not just rush in always
and don't say "we are all used to"
more like "all those who can afford and have speed set who are used to"
you too slow without speed set? xD get used to it
imagine us non rich players having to catch up coz we got no speed set
so yea no need for speed buff in pvp
