Help with new Dex/Str bear

I have a dex/str bear with a sniper bow pack, and he's pretty good, but i wanted to make another one. My only problem is my new pvper will only have 42str and 62 dex at lv 20. And don't know what armor would be good for me, i already have an armsman chainmail lv 5 for him and im planning on upgrading to lv 15 when i get the money, i also have a jewel thief talon for him, but idk what would be a good shield for him. do you think i should just get the talon sniper pack, cause their aren't good helmets for him unless i get that pack or sheilds. Also i really dont have a lot of money, i spent it all on a lv 5 chainmail, so should i just lv my main up to 56 cause my friend said i could make 300-350k from that. Thanks.

Full dex is the best at lvl 20
