I was charged $120 for 2k plat which is worth $89 is this a bug or did the prices cha

Prices have not changed on our end.

There could be taxes involved or something - all of that is on Apple's side of things though, we don't see any of it.

Definitely reach out to Apple because it sounds like something is wrong on their end.

The cost of plat usually depends on location, as does if and how much tax is added to the total. There are some states like New Hampshire I believe that charge no tax, while others do. However... it should never cost $30 in tax. More like $5-6 max I believe.

No, Because on android i always use paypal and that was like $3 in taxes and my first time using ios to pay for plat. For my card its just a chase visa.
