Cryostar elite boss

Look under the the map names. There is a "Bar" for a few areas. You will see them on Vardan valley- Festerfang- Glintstone & Undehul(Cryo). Clear maps to fill up that bar. This will open special areas to these places(in your case, the cryo chamber).

Except for Cryostar , the bar progresses with opening cryogem buffs and not with clearing the maps, same thing with northal and the orc shaman buff
