Tour of Arlor: The Sequel | Community Contest

Hey Rem,

Can I ask you something? Last Tour of Arlor, Kali asked for a banner to represent players who complete all four weeks but unfortunately you guys were too busy because of the upcoming new expansion (46). Since this is no longer 6 weeks contest or something, my question, is there any chance you could make us a BANNER this time? I don’t mind if this contest gonna take for 12 weeks because the more players who participate, the more fun this will be.

I feel like I need someone who really good at designing banner so the art team can easily decide and which one to pick but that one is another story. Long time ago, way back from 2013, there was an official STS banner contest but I don’t know the time required for a Dev to make one. Yes the speed demon banner is an example but not that one lol. There are first, second, and 10 runners Up which they could pick one for the Tour of Arlor banner.

I don’t know it just came out to my mind. If the community wants it, highly chance they gonna make one. If the STS said no because they were too busy for the upcoming new content ,well I guess....... it’s fine

Any thoughts?

I just wanna see what’s the people of Arlorian thought about this since weekly contest are delayed.

Can someone explain how points were given out in week 1?
I see some rogues and mages getting 7-9points for running just one map. Then I see at least one running two maps and getting 9points. No comments in post number column. So it’s not consistent

So in week one, there are 8 maps. If you manage to finish them all in one run, you’ll get 8 points. On the other hand, by completing one map, you’ll get 1 point (2 for Warriors) and that equals to 8 points (16 points for warriors) because there is 8 maps, if that make sense. And for the 100 points, that’s is a one time player bonus points for the successful completion of all the maps. If you get 600 points, the exclusive vanity is in your possession. Hwahaha! Oh I thought I turn into vampire, my apology folks.

Yup, but there seems to be inconsistency in giving out points. Check the first few rows in the spreadsheet. Two players can run the same map (same post#) but get different points lol

Yes, you can run the same elite map over and over again if you choose. Whether you want to gather some missing APs or not, completion of one map will give you 1 point (2pts for Warriors). I know right ! Kalizzaa did worked for him that way. However, grinding in only one map may look suspicious but I’m not sure to Remiem - and please BEAR WITH HER. She only manage on what’s going on social media and the contest. Rules are always subject to change if needed as the contest goes on and not like from the previous one. I can’t predict everything I say were going to happen.

They may be busy or not but I’m willing to help who in need best as I could.

Anyway, all I can say for now - JUST FOLLOW THE RULES

Yes but just make sure none of them is same. It makes work harder for Remiem and she has to discard them.
