Default Question about Chasmal armor + Ebon armor

    I have a question regarding:
1.what's the real reason for using both chasmal armor and ebon armor if they are similar procs?
    2. Why are both used at the same time, if their proc does not stack?
    3. difference between haste and cool down
    4. What is haste and what does it have to do with all this?

If anyone knows I will be very grateful since it has not been clear to me.

    -Regards-

1 Its mainly for enemies and bosses to have both. Chas on bosses ebon horde of enemies, it just helps with control too.
Out of 4 loadouts 2 will have ebon and 1 with chas leaving 1 with mire end etc.
Your 2 ebon loadouts are your extra procs doz aeg ebon aeg as your chasmal loadout is your main damage loadout doz axe. The nonarcane vest loadout terrorblade+speed set is to pile enemies, no one wants their vest procing while they are piling enemies because it just wastes the entire proc.
2 Usually they go at the same time in your combo.
4 haste is what makes your skills recharge faster.

Chas is 100%needed cuz u can control its proc and is much more powerful.. I dint think it's same as ebons dmg.
Ebon imo is NOT a must but will help if Chas doesn't proc and it procs.. Also u can use jugg without procking axe if u get ebon proc..
    But I don't think it's a 100% must.

    Just sharing my opinion

In evg(even other maps) it's better use chas on 2 load outs.. Your glint aegis and axe. Cuz it procs 100% on glint and helps with mobs and decent dmg to boss as well

Thank you very much for the answers, I still can't understand the haste part ... that is, the haste is the time or possibility that must pass to activate the next proc? because the loading time of a skill is determined by the cool down ...

That is, haste and cool down are the same?

For more dmg efficiency. Players switches armor back and forth to sustain high dmg for prolonged periods from procing those 2 armors.

Haste lessens the cooldown of your skills/basic attack. While cooldown just tells you how much time ur skills "rest" before u can use them again.

Ebon armor proc provides 50% haste in pve, 25% in pvp.

when you say HASTE, it also means speed up... which means it speeds up the time of your skills after using them, it works on both skills and normal attacks while COOLDOWN or CD refers to the time of your skills needed to be refreshed before using again.

    Hope this helps

Haste. So jugger has a cool down of 45 seconds, if you max out 10/10 mastery then its cool down is 40 seconds. Then if you proc doz axe it gives 50% haste so 40 second cool down becomes a 20 second cool down. Jugger lasts 15 seconds so this is very helpful.
