There are way too many resource chests dropping and no arcanes are dropping. The price for resource chests in cs is 1500. Is it intentional in making very few arcanes dropping so that prices stay high for this new gear. Events I thought were a chance for regular players to loot good gear but after reading all these posts it seems not the case.
