This is very annoying. Asking the devs for help with this bug.
I’ve been having the same issue and it’s not only me. Some of my friends have been having this issue where aim shot doesn’t no hit anything. I have full videos I could show you. It’s not my ping either. I’ve been having this issue for more than 2 weeks now. Doesn’t matter how close I am to my target aim does not hit. Just flies past right my target no matter how close I am.

It works the same way it has for many, many years. I doubt we'll be making any substantial changes to it at this point.
