Meaning that if u have l76 rog and say you are #1 on the leaderboard and you make another rogue, you wont be able to queue on the rogue, to not take all the top spots.

@Mike is not going to like this, but I understand why. Allowing all levels will cause 1 or 2 people to hog up all the spots.
