No, it may get you banned.
"Control is an illusion."
I’d honestly stay away from Vpns in general, unless youre using a reliable source i wouldnt risk my balls for it.
Many vpns are only preying on your data.
I’m from China,if don’t use VPN I can’t connect AL.....so I think it’s safe to use vpn for ads.
I’d say no.
Ads are directed to potential customers which is similar, if not same, to plat offers. So they (plat offers and ads) are at least country specific.
With vpn you’re faking your location. Doing plat offers with vpn gets you banned. Then watching ads should get you banned as well.
Devs specifically said to not use a vpn while watching ads. If you would like to toe the line of whats legal and not in game, and potentially risk a ban(im not saying i agree thats right or its going to happen), continue to go against the rules. Again, its their regulations not the players, and its only you risking anything.
people hop on forums to ask the same questions. I understand though partially, Maybe you haven’t seen the similar post in the past. But download tapatalk and briefly type in the search bar “VPN’S or ADS”... you can search nearly everything. do not use ads it is against TOS and this has already been confirmed bud.

Yes, do not use vpn to watch ads. It’s confirmed, see the following link to a thread where a player quoted a dev saying it’s illegal

This is because vpns have been abused in the past to repeat the same platinum offers on 1 device
Why do you need a VPN for ads? I legit get unlimited ads for elixirs without a VPN. But I remember a dev saying a long time ago that VPNs are fine as long as you aren't using it to abuse offers.
You are not allowed to use a VPN for either video elixirs or offer providers, as that's spoofing your location to gain access to different ad targeting.
While I don't recall a case with the videos where the offer providers requested someone doing this be banned, they certainly could do so.
Closing.
