i cant post on certain ppls threads does that mean they have blocked me or is it because i have 2 infraction point(s) with sts

Maybe its a locked thread

As Phoenixking mentions above, some threads can be locked and not able to have more replies to them. Look for the lock icon on the thread button.

i also think that could be the problem I don't think there is a block tool
