Customize Hotbar Arrow

For customizing hotbars, can we also get an option to swap the position of the arrow? it looks weird when the hotbar is on the left side of the screen

This would be perfect for me: (moving potions to left side, moving hotbars to old place of potions, remove arrows of hotbars)
