House for married

It would be good if a married couple share the same house. I mean, married people share the same house irl, so why not in game they also share same house?. But here's something to be considered.
>House mails are separated
>Both can edit house, but has separated furniture
>If both of them opened house, their house will be separated.
>Both has control to the settings of house
>Person can't take the furniture he/she doesn't own
>Or the sole opener or the one who own the house can edit and adjust settings.

I like this concept but would also like all my characters on same account to own same house as well.
