level 40 pvp?

Hello pl players. My name is nicktheboomer and I have a question. Is level 40 pvp hard? Is their much action? I'm at 30 right now and their is usaally alot but i like to level also. I'm a pretty successful warbird btw. I was just wondering can anybody tell me some things about lvl 40 pvp. Ty.

Not very many lvl 40 twinks, most just level to 40 to have an easy time killing lv 35 twinks

What I wanna know. Is it action at all? Like regular people starting random pvp matches? And are the twinks "pro"? Btw ty

Twinks are just characters with high end gear.

twinks are characters who lock their level for pvp or pve farming purposes. But yes they typically carry the best gear.
