how to do build a great dual spec leveling bear?

Hi I'm just new at playing pocket legends... I made a mage at first but got bored after level 21... Then i was amazed with the dual spec bear(str dex) because it could take a lot damage and inflict a lot damage as well...

Q: What Level are you?
A: I have started yet.
Q: What is your playstyle? Run and gun? Tank? Support? Ect?
A: I want to be able to tank some and inflict damage at the same time...
Q: What do you prefer to do more? PvP or PvE?
A: PVE but at end game i would prefer PVP
Q: Do you prefer damage? Armor? or ranged damage?
A: I would like to have armor and a melee weapon
Q: Add any other information you think would be helpful for experts to make you a build.
A: I would like to build an efficient dex str bear that could tank as well as it could kill.
Q: Are you willing to use health/mana pots?
A: yes
Q: Can you afford good gears or you want to save gold?
A: i would like to save gold but I'm willing to spend plat for good gears.
Q: Do you have friends to play with or do you mostly do PUGs?
A: PUGS?? I dont know but i offen look for a good party when i was using my mage before.
Q: Is this your first character?u
A: no I used to play with a mage before.
Q: What notable gears do you currently have?
A: i haven't build my bear yet but I would buy the 50 plat premium bundle to have a good start from lvl 1 to about lvl 20.

Hopefully the experts could help me out step by step guide from lvl 1 to lvl 56. And thank you so much in advance..
