Awesome drop...by a mob!
Ok, I don't have much proof but I can show you the chat log, and the item:
It shows other people there but Noobmigo was the only witness....
It was droopped by a Mage in the very beginning. I was too much in shock that i couldn't take a pic of it dropping.

a 35 rare armor droped on me by a lizard when 35 was the cap... it was so funny and i was so happy XD
