I think its that everytime u wanna change to it u gotta buy with plat.

Some players were telling me that once they have it unlocked they dont need use plat every time and it becomes by story tokens as other faces... :/ (for me its always only by plat)

Was during Halloween event. Purchased the visage with tokens. Now it’s locked

Character name this is on? It should be available for story tokens if you have ever purchased it for platinum or tokens for that character.
