I already crafted every 3x Enchanted wands and the another Gem Blast staff, and only Gemstone staff does this rounding sparkles effect, which I'm currently missing.
Just wanted to find out which INT set does the rounding sparkles set effect, it's just my luck the last weapon which I'm currently missing does it
