+ Deep discounts and special Awakenings are available during this limited time.
+ Other potions should no longer cause the Fish Oil elixirs to be removed.
+ Fish Oil elixirs that were used prior to this update will be restored to their owners soon.
+ Fixed icon on the xp Fish Oil elixirs.
+ Guild Halls can now have up to 500 Furnishing Slots added.
+ Twilight bombs can only affect a particular target once every 15 seconds.
+ Stacking Damage Mitigation now has diminishing returns beyond 70%.

The update on bombs will still make it op for temple. 1 bomb is dropped every 15-20s or so anyway. Can we still have it so that bombs are not usable for temple?

Let them be useable its fair item. It was the right decision so its not possible to spam 5 bombs and wave is done.

Instead of 15seconds CD on bombs a high % reduce on their effect for temple dungeons (80%-90%) would be better and not make these items such a gamebreaking thing.

ur exaggerating no one needed to spam 5 bombs to begin with. At most they did 2 maybe 3, but 1 is more than enough to deal massive amounts of damage and the stun bonus is enough for someone to easily clear the wave. This just nerfed like the 5% of users who needed to spam more than 1 bomb lol.

What is Damage mitigation? And since im asking this, might as well add armor mitigation to the question.

I would like a little more information on the 70% cap and how it works. Basic set up in pvp is arc love and meph. How does that translate into the cap? What about arc love, meph and nekro? Or arc love, meph and baby bliz? Can we get a little more technical details on what the difference is after the update?

I think making all the stacking buffs limited in a similar way is a good idea. Haste and damage mitigation so far but I'm guessing someone will bring up damage stacking next then speed blah blah blah. Stacking damage reduction was a way to counter massive damage....
