Weapon / DPS ID help

My bear shows 267 DPS with my Custom Recurve, but with 50 crit the "average damage per second" peaks 400 unbuffed. If I switch to full Mystery set the DPS goes up to 309 but crit drops to 13, that means 349 "average damage per second" unbuffed. DPS separated by crit has no meaning.

<edit> And Elegant Arbalest of Fortune damage is 91-95 with 0.6 speed, that means about 155 DPS from weapon, my guess is 220-230 DPS final. Probably it was another weapon.

there is lot of weapon in game can boot dps up to 300 , fast one hand at most , is that mean high dps do better dmg ? answer is NO !!!

trash mob in sewer has 50+ armor ; mini boss 80~90 , boss got 110+ (queen got more like 150+ armor) : let's see those weapon's dmg in one min on mini boss fight (auto attack , non crit,unbuff)

Elegant Arbalest of Fortune damage is 91-95 with 0.6 speed , with mix lv50 gear ：

(95 - 90(mob armor)) * (60 sec % 0.6(weapon speed) )= 5 * 100 = 500 .............. that's it

full Mystery set on my lv53 duel bear ，Speed 0.7 ，DMG 195~235 ，dps :308 (unbuff) ,crit 13 .... 255~295 DMG , 393 DPS ,43% crit after selfbuff :

(235 -90) * (60 % 0.7） = 145 * 86 = 12470 ........ much better

full customized gemstone recurve set on my full dex bird : 0.9 speed ,DMG 224 ~ 269 ,DPS 290, crit 50% (80%after buff , bird don't have + dmg buff) :

（269 -90） * (60 % 0.9 )= 179 * 67 = 11993 ....... NOT BAD


that just a auto shot test , plus crit and spell （more weapon DMG also increase your skill power) , customized gemstone recurve set done way more dmg then all out dex gear .

in most mmo game there is DPS (Dmg pre sec) and DPH (dmg pre hit ) , DPS on your Avatar like nothing to do with you dmg , it is more like dmg on a 0 armor target , and weapon dmg is what you really need keep your eye on , cuz that is what your dmg are and that is also effect your spell dmg .

2h weapon deal more dmg then 1h , bow do better then crossbow in pve , that is the truth ！

check CS , see the price vs bow and crossbow , you will find out in the same lvl bow cost more then crossbow at most time , for end game gear : Raid Roach recurve 's price are cost 10~20 times more then a Raid roach crossbow , and that also is the truth ！

so next time if you saw a player hide at behind auto fight with a 1h rang weapon or crossbow (other then cockroach' fight after bin Re-Spawn ,or tank got gold fever) ,just boot them ,cuz they are doing absolutely nothing ! ! !
