Where did they put cap to 70%? Where any dev told about dmg reduce cap? lol... Have you ever checked what you tell? mephisto AA+ 25% dmg reduce elix + arc love HB gives around 78% (yes I checked it). Just one glowstik without anything else 95%dmg reduce. Where your cap 70% ... Try learn game a bit before you start poop your bs and confusing other players
