It needs more reading comprehension. It does not say to give the badge of level 81 to everyone, but to the first 10 to reach level 81. And with respect to the banner that exactly is complaining about?. All expansions include banners when they reach a certain point level, has passed level 76.It's what most people wanted anyway, it wouldn't make sense to remove the banner in this expansion.
