No, damage adjustments are pve only.

Have you thought about buffing the dmg in honor? In general all classes. We got + 400-500 hp but our dmg still stays the same , (even tho I the stats have increased my base aimshot dmg is still 450-1,2k dmg). This results into matches taking forever and only be able to kill when someone crits. Please consider this at least cause it makes it boring and unpleasant
