Update: Solved! Apparently if you already have a house, you can't see it in any menu.

Sorry, I must be blind, but where is it available for plat? I've looked everywhere and only found the environment from my own house menus. None of the in town NPC have the house as an option, but the preview said it should be. I've asked a lot of people and they all said it's available as well, but no one can tell me the details of where exactly.

In windmoore and in travelers outpost is a npc who is selling houses scroll down its there. In windmoore next to the tavern and outpost next to Klaas.

You're able to see the Zodias Royal house Deed to purchase with plat?

Ah ty. Apparently if you already have a house you can't see it anywhere.

So far I've only found it while in my current house. Npc doesnt have it in windmoore

While in house select
Edit.. Settings..management..purchase new house
