Everyone wants THE item because they are clouded by its rarity and the clout it entails.
The fact proven here is , that specified item dosent even have to look that good.
People just want that Presteiged rarity on that item.
If that's compromised, even if it looks really top tier good, no one would bother.
Happened countless times with recoloured equipment many a time. Ex: jack /golem /banners/recoloured 36 arcanes.
That too nostalgia holds key on some old weapons and not only the drop rates to spike the price high like the kershal , ollerus.
It would be a nice addition to be able to loot at 1/2000 chance from a hard boss. That would give a drive to play the map.
Only gold farming players makes the game very monotonous.
