I also created my account in 2013, but I remember playing on my friends account before my current account so I probably started near the release? Anyway until maus release I enjoyed the game, I did quit few times because I opened hundreds of elite chests and got nothing from them, but I still found my way back to this game.
I could write an entire essay how unbalanced everything became after mausoleum release, but to make it short, its not fun being over powered and its not fun looting gold 4 expansions straight. (mausoleum, swamp, valley, zodiac). I think mausoleum was turning point, it was fun release and it had more than just gold loot (tokens, nice vendors, community goals, lots of grinding etc) but after that it became repetitive IMO. I like how slekki commented on swamp release "oh, another mausoleum map".
