Why is it only dedicated to rogs again . 35% dexterity is good. But maybe its better if we got it on str and int% also

I think belt's description is bugged and only showing dex. You should get your own primary stats for ur class on 4/4 mythic set.

This is largely a typing mistake - but it also looks like the sets aren't consistent with respect to core stats.
