Guild Leader Transfer for Platinum

I would like to recommend a system where officers can vote to replace guild master in a guild for platinum.
This is for guilds that masters are banned.

Additional Suggestions:
-Chat Color / Name of Guild Master and Officers should be different from members in guild chat
-Exclude Guild Master and Officers on Guild Events

Sorry, our current policy is to not transfer leadership of a banned guild master to another player.
