Whamm is the ONLY thing stopping pvp from being a nuke fest. Do you really want pvp to become a 1-3 skill shotting warzone? Whamm has to be nerfed SIMULTANEOUSLY with L10 valentine rings and ammies. Have them nerfed together or don't touch either of them.
Whamm with L10 ring and ammy actually feels ok to use. However it becomes an issue at 40 where mage is too tanky. 35 as well to some extent. My only issue with the whamm armour is that it benefits some classes a lot more than others. Birds can't compete.
DISCLAIMER: There should be a good amount of agreement from other players before these changes get implemented (if they do)!
My solutions:
1) Nerf whamm further so that it matches the stats of a 25 armour, maybe give it less armour than it's L25 counterpart but whamm has the niche of giving hp (unlike any other armours).
2) Increase level requirement of whamm and L10 valentine rings and amulets to level 76. Me and a few friends have tested it there and felt that those equipment were more natural in that particular zone. STS has increased level requirement for 3pc. Maybe something similar could be done here. Easiest fix imo.
3) Set the stats of the 25 elites to zero ONLY in forest fight and rockwell forts. I appreciate this may be longwinded to implement which is way I think option 2 is the best.
Also as of now, the 25 elite weapons feel mostly fine. However, the 25 blaster should have a small dmg nerf still. MageFFA / Quality has a good idea for this. The armour values that the 25 elite weapons should greatly be reduced imo considering they are 2h weapons!
Again changing the lvl requirement to wear these is also a suitable fix. I'd like to propose this more so for the 25 elite 2h sword and the 25 elite 2h staff. Blaster is a good weapon for birds and should stay where it's at.
