Numa Prime bug - Cycorp Rep gave me Splinter Cell quest twice

I just finished the Mr. Molotov quest and turned it in. I also had Terror in the Ruins active, but not completed. When I turned in Mr. Molotov with the Cycorp rep, she and the UC Military Major both offered me another quest. She gave me Splinter Cell, which I already completed previously, and he gave me Bug in the Desert. Now I have 3 active quests, but my Sector Map shows Total Quests Completed 42/44 and Numa Prime Quests 8/10.

I'll complete these 3 quests and see what happens.

EDIT: I completed Splinter Cell again, but the quest does not appear to have affected my quest count. I'll complete the other two and see if I get 44/44 10/10. Thanks.

It behaves like a daily quest in PL—but in PL the dailies are all clearly marked as such. (I was just about to post this myself.)

This is a daily quest. It just wasn't marked as such. Will be fixed in the next update.
