100% Dodge bug

i see well thats wrong misleading people.. they need to fix it like this easy to add in stats view -> Dodge (70/70) when u reach it so people know even they saw 70/70 and an item still add more dodge they know its useless because they reached the max dodge.

70/70 its still 100% xDD
