The graphics engine we're currently using for AL is 10+ years old. We've made substantial changes to later games (Call of Champions, Pocket Legends Adventures, Full Metal Jackpot, etc.), but those changes have not made their way back into the Legends products mainly because most of the art would need to be touched in some manner.

I'm sure if we spent the time on it, we could double or even triple client performance, but no one has really complained at this point, so if it ain't broke...
