Never really understood this… does the 2.0hp/s refer to literally 2HP a second or 2% of your total Hp/second.

It's literally 2.0 HP per second recovered while the item is equipped.

Understanding it’s a legendary item… though maybe a tad bit outdated. Any chance you’re willing to buff it by let’s say… adding a 1%hp/sec?
