What gear are you wearing? If you are full fury then int is a bad idea! Spells may be higher but what is the point if you can't land.
I suggest lowering your str to 129 going 67 dex rest int. This will allow you more options and versatility with rings and increase your damage/hit percentage.
Use a ring to boost your dodge and armor and another for hit % and damage and a 2% hit 2 m/s 4 damage ring.

Shh Dtf now your giving away our builds haha just kidding. But having a higher hit percent is more worthwhile as a pally than having exceptionally powerful spells with more INT.
