6. re-add proc staccking but with diminishing returns on each proc applied per caterg

So I’m gonna have to say no, it’s hard enough to have one good set of gears. This leads to needing multiples and getting left out for not having a warehouse of gears.

my idea for how many was it? 5 items stacked? just an exaggeration.. 2 procs with forumula ;> above applied would be ok for most people.
