the weapon was tested up to gauntlet elite so i will speak from personal experience,
my weapon is level 25 it reflects from 20k to 120k by reflection, it goes up 4.5k health and 600 armor when it activates process, it doesn't have a "CD" the reflection also covers splash hits so that makes it a decent weapon

PS: when the process ends it leaves you at a disadvantage so it is not a really bad weapon, it has its good and bad parts, it increases its processes by 10 in 10, that is, you will see reflex changes at level 1, 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, level 71 style

also the testie in elite sunken of zodias map, reflects the same, (please do not test weapons in valley maps or lower, this misinforms us all because they are maps that do not serve us)

The gun has been useful when stacked with aquaris. But now since that got removed its useless as far as I can see aswell. Daggers sound like they have some use without stacking aswell.

It doesn't have stacking, they serve a lot by themselves, I use them as reflection bait next to warrior to reflect as much as possible
