The methods are fair. They are also very well known and contribute to the structure of AL’s overall LB meta. I understand that you dislike this well-established meta but I don’t see any compelling reason to change it.
It’s disappointing that this thread has brought out unrelated (personal issues of) rivalry and economic embarrassment - so I’m closing it.
